1. Service Description

Traduvi is a browser extension that translates video subtitles in real-time using AI-powered neural voice synthesis. The service works with YouTube, Udemy, and other supported platforms.

2. Account Registration

To use Traduvi, you must register with a valid email address. Each email address is entitled to one free trial of 120 minutes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account token.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account token with other users
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or billing
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the extension

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial of 120 minutes of translation. The trial is limited to one per email address. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including token sharing, abuse of the service, or fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts lose access immediately.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers (Azure, YouTube, etc.) that may experience downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Traduvi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for translation accuracy, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
